    The exact location in the US doesn’t affect how long it will take for the shipment to arrive. Vista are shipping their products from Canada.
    As for your question, when you place and order you choose the shipping method and you pay accordingly. Vista has 3 types of shipments – 21 days, 14 days and 5 days. The faster the more expensive the shipping is.
    By the way, you better check www.dcp-print.com as they offer same quality products with lower shipping costs.
