I am an artist and I want to get some new business cards. I have taken some commissions and do business, but my old cards don’t have an actual business name. I think that may make things look more legit and professional to my prospective clients. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I am open to all brainstorming thoughts!
Any recommendations or ideas on a name for my art business?

“Subtle Impressions”
(I collect business cards, btw, if any of this seems odd..)
I have a business card of a local artist who just calls herself Visual Artist.
Haha, yeah, it’s like “well, duh, she has to put that so people will know what she’s advertising with the cards in the first place.” but it’s not even like that, except that it is. She made a cool design for it, in a heart or something, something that anyone who has seen it before would easily recognize, and it almost serves as a business name of sorts.
When you hear her name, you don’t think “Nicole Lee (or whatever it was), oh that artist girl,” you think “Nicole Lee; Visual Artist.” and it works. Haha. I have over a thousand business cards so far and I remember that one. It wasn’t even a big ‘logo,’ smaller than a dime.
So there’s that idea, and as far as listing off possible names, it real would depend on how your art is, and how you want to come off to other people when they see your card.
