    Unless it is a business in your area or a national one it is fine.
    When you go for your business license they will let you know if that name is available so have a few backups just in case..
    You will need a business license and insurance if you want to be taken seriously and make any kind of profit.

    The slogan…well I think Coke would have a problem if you started a soda business and the slogan was “The real thing” but if it is from a whole other type of business it is ok in most cases.

    You can print cards easy enough by getting some card stock for your printer and using a business card graphic program.

    1) Register DBA. When you register, you’ll do a search and find out if it’s taken or not.

    2) Customize it, like “Your (insert city name) yard barber!”

    3) If you have a printer, you can get business card “stock” in any office store, like Office Depot / Office Max / Staples.
