I live in Houston Texas and was going to start a small business with a friend. She and I are no longer speaking and we never launched the business. I cant get her to agree to take me off of the DBA. Can she open up bank accounts, credit cards or anything? would she need me to be there to do anything financial like this? The DBA expires in 10yrs can she do anything to harm my credit or anything?
Can my partner commit fraud using our DBA?

In Texas, your DBA was filed with your county clerk. You should go there yourself and find out about the process to be removed (or to cancel the DBA entirely). Unless you sign something (like a loan application), your personal credit should not be affected.
