I’m still a advertising and graphic communications student, so based on that and also the fact that this is one of my first clients and I’m still trying to build my portfolio… Could you give me a fixed rate for how much I should charge for the ART FEE? Not how much to charge to get them printed because I already know that info. I just want to know how much to charge for the actual design. If you want you can suggest an hourly rate as well. Thanks to you in advance…

Figure an hourly rate and don’t inflate it. If you charge a low price you will maybe get referrals.
My mother has told me that she made a business card long ago and I think you have to design it and then they mail it to you but I will search for a couple websites and I will edit this answer to tell you (the website, how much, and I will tell you how many you can get for future). Hope you get answers.
I charged $25/hour for design before I retired.
Printing done by me or associate was additional.
It depends on how good your work is. If it’s crappy then you shouldn’t charge anything. If you’re good then charge $200 or something if you’re still a student.
Don’t charge < $97!
But, It really depends on what type of design you are doing.
Are you doing a basic design or an elaborate design?
Can you post a sample of it here so we can see?
