Use whatever size page set up with side margins of 1.25″ and top and bottom
margins of 3″ and use the page headers and footers to force the top and
bottom text “margins” into the desired places and left and right paragraph
indents to emulate the side margins.
Yes – many of the templates MS provides show full bleed.
For really fine control of the placement of your text and graphics, I would recommend Publisher over Word
You can just make the look of it by creating a table, diagram etc to suit the size. The format of a b-card can be found for free in internet and you can make templates to test the feel.
