I just started my own LLC business, and I was in the process of designing my business card when I asked myself this question. What do you all think?

Why wouldn’t you?
More to the point, people seeing your business card will look at the lack of street adress and ask themselves THAT VERY QUESTION.
It is best to put your business address and phone only. If you give out your home phone and address people will assume that you are working 24/7. As your business grows you will need to separate the two just for R&R.
Best thing to do:
Get a PO Box number.
This way, you’re legit.
You never want to include your home address.
1) Not many people believe a home address or home business can be professional.
2) Your privacy matters. I don’t think you want customers knocking on your door at 2:00am do you?
3) Junk mail. junk mail.
If you provide your home address for contacts at trade shows, seminars or people down the street.; THey’ll eat you alive with junk mail.
Simple effective bus cards only have a phone number, email, website and a contact name. Of course, name of the business and slogan, brief, brief description of what it is they do.
Good luck !
No, the client should focus on:
-your service
-your products
-your availability
Do NOT include your home address.
A few good points have been made already against putting your home address on your business cards, however, I’d like to throw my two cents worth in based on personal experience when I started my first buisness.
Put your home address on your business cards only if your business is conducted from your home. Otherwise, keep your personal and family life separated from business as much as possible.
Besides if criminals see you’re in business and have the idea in mind that you’re making a lot of money(whether you are or not), then where do you think they figure they’ll find money at? Thus, putting your family at risk to boot.
I think it is best not to put your home address on your business card. Having a separate business address gives you a more professional image.
Also, it helps to keep your business separate from your personal life and family.
Good luck.
