Photo Editor whats another name for someone that fixes and does photo editing photo shopping
I do Digital photo design..anywhere from putting different backgrounds on pictures or fixing or brighting pictures or creating photos you want..you ask i probably can do it
Head swapping putting your head on different people or cartoons fixing your hair making your hair look thicker and longer or shorter making you look thinner making you have longer clothing fixing blemished on your pictures removing people in your backgrounds or removing things out of pictures people objects creating cool photos by putting cool background to your pictures such as beach views or places you wish you could of went to that i can put u in it all will depend on your pictures i can do wedding programs cards posters photo collages stickers invitations with head swaps or anything u like pretty much anything you name it, change colors to your pictures restore old pictures make just a flower color and the rest black and white make you in black and white and much more,
I’m not a professional but some people think my work is beyond profession THIS ISN’T YOUR ORDINARY PHOTO EDITING I USE HIGHER PROGRAM THAT HAS MUCH MORE CAPABILITIES thanks
some rv companies liked that i would make there rvs windows with views i can do pretty much anything
thank you what would you call what i do?? is there a career name for it? fancy word for it??? i want to make my own business is there laws about photo editing..i cant go to college or anything im just going do it at home with a ordering website or something

photo digital technician.i work by my self and do welding so i call myself the president owner and ceo of an independant reasearch and development firm and i specialize in designing and redesigning products. designing and redesigning means i weld it wrong so i have to do it over and do it right , you know design and redesign
A photo editor is usually a human being and sorts the photos that come across their desk (actually light table sometimes) Not long ago, editing meant sorting, not image manipulation.
There are a number of programs you can use to sort images, some are very simple like the file manager on your computer, Windows Explorer and Mac’s Find. Others like Photo Mechanic have been used for many years by professional photographers. Now Adobe has a photo editor called Lightroom that is not just an editor, but has almost all the tools a photographer needs to do photo manipulation as well.
For quick edits, I use my computers file manager, to sort the best from the rest for shoots with less than 20 or so image files.
Lightroom can handle shoots with hundreds of image files and by simply tagging each image with up to five stars and seven colours, you can then quickly filter image files with certain criteria like 5- stars, red and only those will show up on the screen. You can then save them to a new file folder (I call mine best of best or BoB and make it a sub-folder of the assignments file folder name)
Photo Editor to me says basic fixing of photographs, normally ones that are well taken enough to not have to go into massive reconstruction of it. However, sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do.
I’d say something like “Photo Manipulation Specialist” or something big like that. Just don’t go by the initials, which I just realized. PMS would definitely paint a different picture, pardon the pun, especially with you being female.
Photo Editing can be done in photoshop, but when I picture someone “photoshopping” something, it’s usually a substantial amount of manipulation, not your average bump the contrast and rotate a bit, fix a blemish or 2. Generally its more of a manipulation, and not an edit. An edit would be to fix something wrong, not changing the whole nature of the photo.
