Is “KB for Gold” considered a “pyramid scheme” or “HYIP”?

I had a gentleman approach me and showed me this debit card with a small piece of gold in it and told me about this company. When he mentioned the words that he was “excited” about this opportunity and “multi level business” a red flag went up in my mind and I told him thanks but no thanks. I tried to search this business and found nothing, has anyone heard about this business opportunity because it sounds fishy and I have heard this term before from other people with other business opportunities that have asked me if I was interested.
