What are the best online printing services that use heavy cardstock?

I am starting my own small business/hobby where I have designs processed on Microsoft word / Adobe Illustrator and would like to have them printed on good quality card-stock paper. I have tried FedEX Kinkos, which is great for white 110lb paper, however they do not offer other colors in that weight or anything larger than an 8×10. If anyone has any suggestions as to which online place offers different colors and sizes in 110lb or higher I would greatly appreciate it! Also, I would like to be able to upload my design and to the website.
