I know you need the name of the company, phone number, address, fax, and a picture. Any other suggestions? Should I put the company logo, or any other ones? Thanks

Skip the picture, very cheesy.
Your brokers logo should be on there, the realtor one if you are a realtor as well as an agent, and any slogan you have for yourself. Agents seem to love a slogan.
There are certain things you are required to have on your card, such as your broker’s name (business name), address, etc.
Keep some white space. Too much information looks cluttered. In this day and age, an e-mail address is essential.
It depends on the state what you need to have on there. But I definitely recommend putting you picture with all YOUR contact info on there. As many times you get yourself out there is important. Once you get your cards go take them to local businesses, restaurants etc. and you will be surprised how many people will start to notice your face.
Totally can’t agree with Landlord on this one – As a Realtor your best selling features are as follows, in numerical order:
#1) Your picture. People are, willing or not, going to be influenced by your face and how you present yourself. Being a Realtor is all about knowledge and attitude and if you present yourself poorly no one will want to deal with you.
#2) Your information. Phone #, Address, Fax, all that good stuff. Include a facebook / twitter page and if you don’t have one, make one. People like to identify with their agents and get a good feel for them. If you’re making a purchase for hundreds of thousands of dollars, its all about trust.
#3) Logos, little inserts. Don’t go overboard. You want your card to be simple and you want it to be powerful. “Here’s a person you can trust. Here’s how you can reach me.”
You certainly need your picture as a Realtor. If you’ve ever seen a real estate agent ad without THE REAL ESTATE AGENT, it looks rediculous.
If you a Realtor and work for a Broker:
-You will have to put their logo on just about any advertisement. It sucks because they (the brokers) don’t pay for it and each time you change brokers you have to get new Business Cards and marketing
-You could put the little home for Equal Housing Opportunity
-You could put the MLS logo
-You Could put the R for Realtor if you are a member
-You could put the CRS if you are a CRS
We have all of these in Vector form. Let us know if you need us to design you some awesome Business Cards.
The picture you mentioned should be updated, professional, and realistic.
