This is impossible to answer without knowing more about the business. What is her business’ competitive advantage? What does your mom do with cookies that no one else does as well? What do her customers love about her cookies? For Famous Amos and Mrs. Fields, I think people identified with those images, and that’s what they love. Perhaps she’s the kind of person people can identify with, so she could name the business after her? If the cookies are really oooey-gooey, you could name it using that term.
Be sure that once you select a name that someone else isn’t using it! Check out uspto.gov to search for trademarks.

I know a lot of businesses like that usually have something familial in it, i.e. Nana’s Treats, or Sweets from Home. These let the customers know that you are serving baked goods just like mom made, or grandma made. It brings back positive childhood memories that people never mind returning to through a delicious treat! Is there a special name she goes by, because that could also work, i.e. Dee’s Desserts or Yums by Yvonne. Alliteration (Dee’s Desserts) is also attractive and memorable. I hope this helps! Have fun, your mom is lucky to have a support like you!
